As temperatures begin to warm up and campus starts to come out of hibernation, March is generally a transition period into the busy part of the spring semester. Obviously, this year was very different.
Everything started normally, I got out for a couple of feature hunts around campus and photographed a few assignments. Yet, my primary focus was scheduling photo shoots for later in the month. By the end of the second week, everything came to a halt. I began clearing my schedule for the rest of the semester. I spent spring break working from our command center in the Student Union. I was continually cleaning my gear and learning how to keep my “social distance.” The next week, we were told to work from home, and a new normal began.
Here are a few of the pictures I took before everything shut down.
