One thing I love about being a Knoxville photographer is all of the great projects I get to contribute to locally. Last year I was asked to produce a set of portraits for The University of Tennessee Knoxville 2014-2015 Impact Report. When initially discussing the project, they mentioned their plan to mix photographs with artwork. When they mentioned the inspiration came from the movie Juno, I knew excatly what they were describing. I have watched this cult classic several times because it is one of my wife’s favorite movies.
My role in this project was to photograph students and faculty on white seamless. Then they would be extracted and placed within matching artwork of the campus. Here are a few of the pages showing how everything came together.
